Next, lock the performance parts. Ask for a cushioned forefoot and heel, since players load the front of the foot hard on jumps and landings. Add arch compression, but do not make it too tight. Keep the leg fit stable so the sock does not slide in the shoe. If you are ordering for mixed squads, size runs should cover youth, women, and men separately.
