No-Show socks sit below the shoe collar, but the top edge still matters. For most low-cut sneakers and dress shoes worn sockless, ask for a height of 1 to 2 inches above the shoe line. That gives enough coverage to stay in place without showing when the shoe flexes. The heel needs a silicone grip. Without it, the sock rides down fast, especially in summer heat.
For custom runs, keep the knit light and close to the foot. Cotton blend with a small share of polyester and spandex is common. Pure cotton feels nice, but it can sag and hold sweat. A thin terry underfoot is fine if the buyer wants a bit more cushion. Minimum order is 100 pairs, so small test orders are practical before a larger repeat run.
