What We Need from You

To produce your sock accurately, our team needs:

1. Tech pack or technical sketch - measurements, gauge, material composition, logo placement coordinates
2. Logo file - vector (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) preferred; high-res raster (.PNG, .PSD at 300dpi minimum) acceptable
3. Color callouts - Pantone TCX color references for fabric and embroidery threads
4. Size grading - what size range and proportional mix
5. Packaging brief - polybag, sleeve, gift box, hangtag specifications
6. Target quantity, lead time, and budget

If you only have a sketch or reference photo, our in-house design team can develop the full tech pack for $200-500 fee (refunded against bulk order).

OEM Pricing, Real 2026 FOB Ranges

OEM pricing is identical to our ODM pricing once tech pack programming is amortized. Typical FOB Ningbo unit cost for OEM crew socks with embroidered logo:

• 100-500 pairs: $1.20-1.80 per pair
• 500-2,000 pairs: $0.85-1.25 per pair
• 2,000-10,000 pairs: $0.65-0.95 per pair
• 10,000+ pairs: $0.50-0.75 per pair
